At our nightly meeting, everyone´s high of the day today was tubing. We spent the morning floating through rapids at beautiful Rincon de la Vieja National Park. The students welcomed a picnic lunch and were excited to try local ¨tico¨ (Costa Rican) snacks. We spent the second half of the day hanging out by the pool, making bracelets and other crafts, and practicing our Spanish. In the morning, half of us will be headed to Silencio and the other half will stay in the Villa. Although we´re sad to say goodbye to our new friends, we´re already looking forward to sharing stories with each other when we meet up again in six days.
